Bank Standard lends 136 mortgage loans

Through funding from the Azerbaijan Mortgage Fund, the bank lent 84% of mortgages (114 mortgage loans worth AZN 3,720,889), of which AZN 256,910 (10 loans) were issued via regional branches.

Bank Standard told APA-Economics that it has issued 4 preferential loans worth AZN 130,048 within the scope of the program.

Through its self-financed mortgage program Manzilim (My Home), the group lent 22 loans worth AZN 648,983.

Bank Standard was the first to lend a mortgage in March, 2006 when mortgage lending started in Azerbaijan.
