BTC can transport 1.6m barrels of crude oil

It is possible to transport 1.6 million barrels of crude via the BTC pipeline, Salih Pashaoglu, director general of Turkey's BOTAS company said at the international conference.

Salih Pashaoglu pointed out that BTC pipeline would work at full capacity in a month by shipping 1 million barrels of crude daily to the Western markets. At the same time, an additional pumping station is being constructed to increase the pipeline throughput to 1.2-1.6 million barrels.

Turkey will import 3 billion cubic meters of gas for a year via the Baku-Tbilisi-Erzerum gas pipeline. Turkey will pay $120 per thousand cm. AzerTAg
