AGBank raises its asset 49%

AGBank Public Affairs official Mehriban Huseynli told APA-Economics that the bank's deposit portfolio grew 42.2% to AZN 72.1m, including term deposits of AZN 32.4m and loan portfolio rose 59% to AZN 53.6m and the authorized capital added 3.2mln to reach AZN 9m.

The bank's revenues and expenditures more than doubled to AZN 18.3m and AZN 15.7m respectively and boosted its profit to AZN 2.6m.

AGBank had 18,200 plastic cards in calculation during 2006 and opened accounts for 680 corporate and 11,600 individual customers. Bank owns 36 ATMs and 132 POS machines.
