Azerbaijan to create innovation zones

International expert panel and Booz Allen Hamilton Consulting will offer a package of proposals to Azerbaijan's parliament and government on March 31.

Communications and Information Technologies Ministry press service told the APA that investment in creation of innovation zones will start if the proposals are approved.

Te project envisions establishment of technoparks for small and medium-size innovation enterprises, as well as regional base for electronics and software making.
