Azerdemiryolbank increases money transfer fivefold

Money transfer turnover of Azerdemiryolbank in 2006 rose fivefold to AZN 29.8mln (US $34mln).

Bank's Head Office told APA that money transfers made AZN 11.44mln in the forth quarter.

Azerdemiryolbank uses money transfer systems of Contact, Migom, Travelex, Bistraya Pochta, Moneygram and in-country Shimshek.

Bistraya Pochta, CIS urgent money transfer system, ranked the most popular. AZN 15.1mln were transferred through this system.
