First toll road to be built in Azerbaijan

The highway to be built from Zeynalabdin settlement to Lokbatan can be the first toll road in the country.

Deputy Minister of Transport, Ziya Mammadov, told APA that this road can be the first because it has an alternative. "Whoever wants can use his road by paying," he said.
