Azercell signs new roaming deal

Azerbaijan's mobile operator Azercell Telecom has concluded unilateral roaming agreement with Congo's CelTel operator.

Azercell told the APA that this was the first cellular agreement between Azerbaijan and Congo.

Azercell telecom has concluded 311 roaming agreements with mobile operators of 135 countries.
