French court to review Azerbaijan's complaint

ICT Ministry lawyer Bakhtiyar Mammadov told APA that French Court made a false decision to seize 500 000 stocks of Azerbaijan in EUTelsat on the basis of the counterfeit document submitted to Rotterdam Court by Fimbank.

Azerbaijani Government claims damages of $150 000 to Fimbank of Malta.

Rotterdam Court will review the problem between Fim Bank and Pochtbank in December.

Mammadov said foreign as well as Azerbaijani witnesses will give a testimony.
