Standard Insurance doubles its authorized capital

Standard Insurance Broad of directors declared an increase of 100% in authorized capital.

The required amount has already been paid and its authorized capital will be registered as AZN 4mn.

Standard Insurance told APA that within the company's 2004 development program, its authorized capital has been increased by three times and the authorized capital of the company was increased to AZN 2mn last year.

Standard Insurance is among three leading insurance companies and strengthening its position in the insurance market rapidly.
