NBA to announce AZN 25-mn notes auction

Auction on placement of notes of National Bank will be held at BSE July 5.

APA reports that the state registration number of notes is 50102712S. The volume of the issue is AZN 25,000,000, face value per note AZN 200, turnover period 28 days. The maturity date is August 02, 2006.

Noncompetitive bids not exceeding 20% of the issue volume are allowed at the auction.

The auction will be held according to the contract signed between Baku Stock Exchange (BSE) and National Bank (NB) of Azerbaijan Republic July 5 of 2001.
