Ministry of Taxes ratifies regulations on municipality taxes

As ANS reports, decision is directed to efficient tax collection. According to Ministry of Taxes, municipialities can collect only 30 percent of the taxes. As, ratification of these regultions is inevitable.

The document considers precise calculation of taxes and duties and transfering them into municipial budgets under the law on municipial taxes. So there are 2734 municipial administrations in the country and they have right to collect four types of taxes: land tax, property tax levied on physical persons, tax on consruction materials depending on their origin and income tax.
