State share in IBA and Capital Bank to be privatized partly

APA was informed about it by the Chair of the State Committee for State Property Management Kerem Hesenov.

Mr.Hesenov said that the reports were being investigated by the Committee and decision on it would be adopted soon.

The Chair of the Committee also spoke about the measures conducted for privatization of the state shares in authorized capitals of the state banks: "Privatization of Capital Bank and International Bank of Azerbaijan will be implemented in parts. Commission was established for this purpose by relevant organs and preparatory works are underway."
