12 April 2006 [00:41] - TODAY.AZ
Operation of the Q-43/107M catalytic cracking unit stopped for repairs was resumed in the Baku Oil Refinery.

As a result, it may lead to elimination of liquefied gas deficiency in some petrol-filling stations.

As APA was informed from the Baku Oil Refinery, this unit being capable to refine 2 million tons of vacuum distillate yearly produces high-octane gasoline and liquefied gas. The catalytic cracking unit is capable to completely meet the population's demand to gasoline and liquefied gas. At present, the refinery produces on average 400-500 tons of liquefied gas daily.
