Foreign companies working in occupied lands to be taken to international court

The Minister said that the government was also taking action about it and added that more reliable law firm was searched to bring foreign companies engaged in business activity in Azerbaijani territories under occupation to international court.

Mr.Baghirov also said that the Ministry's second report on ecological condition in the occupied territories had been completed. The report analyzed the issue of benefiting from national resources within ecological condition.

"We have found out a lot of negative nuances. The report will be translated into English and submitted to the international courts soon," the Minister reported.
Azerbaijan has created special commission to find out exploitation of natural resources in the occupied territories and damage caused by this operation.
