In March Ministry of Taxes started 18 criminal cases on tax evasion

In the reporting month it was revealed that 15 legal and 1 physical persons registered in the branches #1, 2 and 3 of the Baku city Taxes Department, Territorial Taxes Departments #8 and 11 and taxes office of Jabrail region evaded large amount (AZN 7 million 733.3 thousand) of taxes from the state budget.

According to APA, the Tax Crimes Preliminary Investigation Department also revealed that physical person Mehpare Orujova engaged in illegal entrepreneurship activity, obtained AZN 700 thousand of income, and evaded AZN 28 thousand of taxes from the state budget.

Besides it, it was established that Fuzuli Allahverdiyev acquired 2820 boxes of tobacco goods without excise in the amount of AZN 1206.
