Memorandum of Bank Standard and International Finance Corporation

According to APA, ALDP will provide technical assistance to Bank Standard on leasing service.

The memorandum provides that ALDP will assist the bank with improvement of work skills of its personnel, preparation of fundamental leasing policy, development of relevant computer software and marketing strategy and other leasing-related issues.

Due to the memorandum, Bank Standard assumed commitments to reveal resources for funding of leasing operations, report on the leasing portfolio and create conditions for ALDP to operate efficiently in this direction.
