Double taxation's removal to promote Azerbaijan's investment enviroment

"Removal of double taxation between states is paid special attention in Azerbaijan," the Ministry of Taxes said.

Currently, 17 similar agreements have been signed with other states. Besides, such draft agreements of Azerbaijan with 4 another states - Belgium, Italy, Canada and Pakistan have been asserted and will come into effort shortly.

Similar agreements have been signed also with Latvia, Finland and Czechia and are to be approved by parliaments of the countries. Another 18 drafts have been prepared by the experts.

According to AzerTAg, the negotiations are underway on such contracts with the United Arab Emirates, Kyrgyzstan, Iran, Greece, Oman and India.
