Chinese cars to be assembled in Ganja

The Ganja Car Factory (GCF) is holding negotiations with a number of leading companies of the world in order to further develop the enterprise and increase production.

As APA was informed from the Cabinet of Ministers, negotiations with Chinese businessmen are currently underway and an initial agreement has already been achieved between the sides.

So, it is expected that production assemblage of passenger cars and lorries of Chinese production will be started at GCF in the second half of this year: "Building site in 20 thousand square metres of GCF's territory is being constructed for this purpose. Besides, a railway that previously had been under bad conditions for a long period was repaired to ensure more efficient and intensive relations with other companies."
