The partnership agreement will strengthen ties with Azerbaijan, President of Romania Klaus Iohannis said at a plenary meeting in Bucharest in connection with the signing ceremony of the "Agreement between the governments of the Republic of Azerbaijan, Georgia, Romania and Hungary on strategic partnership in the field of development and transfer of green energy" on December 17, Trend reports.
