Incomes of Caspian Shipping Company to decrease by 7% in 2006

The incomes and expenses of the Caspian Shipping Company (CSC) for 2006 are forecasted to form AZN 110.7 million and AZN 118 million, respectively.

As APA reports refering to CSC, it is expected that the incomes of the Company will decrease by 7% and expenses increase by 7.7% in comparison with the previous year.

It should be noted that it is forecasted that CSC will derive AZN 96 million from cargo traffic, AZN 0.8 million from passenger traffic in the current year. The rest of the incomes will be derived from other services.

In addition, the Company is expected to spend AZN 26 million for capital investment, AZN 25.8 million for navigation purposes, AZN 12.5 million for repairs, AZN 19.1 million for purchasing of raw material and stuffs, AZN 15.1 million for payment of salaries, and AZN 1.64 million for implementation of tax liabilities.
