The minister of youth, sport and tourism Abulfaz Garayev said that concessions intended for the young people had not been confirmed yet (APA). The Cabinet of Ministers will confirm the rules of giving concessions during a month. The proposals have already been in this connection and all necessary documents submitted to the Cabinet of Ministers. The minister saying that they had coordinated the proposals with the National Bank noted that the period of mortgage credits to be given to young families for buying flats can be prolonged and the amount of means that must be paid in advance can be reduced.
