Bagdat Seybattalov: “Iran’s new leadership position on Caspian status not clear”

The diplomat reminded, that the next round of talks on the Caspian status is expected this month, at which the official Tehran’s position will be clarified.

«We are disposed optimistically and hope that in future the agreement on the Caspian status will be finally concluded”, the Ambassador’s advisor noted, having reminded that the Iranian side has recently announced its wish to involve the Russian investments for oil developments on the Caspian.

«??zakhstan is for the quickest solution of the problem, especially when three Caspian states have already agreed on the issue”, Seybattalov noted at the end.
