Ten percent of BP’s spending on technologies accounts for Azerbaijan

Every year 10 percent of the BP company's spending on technologies of exploration and development, research and upgrading, testing and application accounts for Azerbaijan.

BP Azerbaijan President Gordon Birrell made this statement at the BP's Forum on Technologies, which is underway in Baku on Tuesday.

"The BP's total spending for this purpose amounts to about $0.5 billion per year, 10 percent of which accounts for Azerbaijan," Birrell said.
