WB appoints new manager on Azerbaijan

The World Bank has appointed Larisa Leshchenko as new country manager on Azerbaijan.

Her activity will start on September 1. But she will arrive in Azerbaijan in October and be officially presented to the Azerbaijani government.

Note that, this post was run by Joseph Owen. At present time, he continue activity at the head office of the WB in Washington.
