Russian company seeks coop in Azerbaijan

The Russian RU-ENERGY Group is ready to participate in exploration projects in Azerbaijan, vice President Abdul Lezgiyev told journalists in Baku on Monday.

Lezgiyev noted that the company is currently considering options to participate in extracting projects in the CIS, particularly in Azerbaijan. The company has plans to participate in extracting projects, both independently and with partners in Azerbaijan.

Lezgiyev added that RU-ENERGY Group is considering the establishment of joint ventures.

"We are specialized in the provision of oilfield services and production of oil and gas equipment. Now the company is considering the possibility activities to participate in extracting projects," Lezgiyev said.

He said the Russian company is interested in attracting Azerbaijani specialists to work on a rotational basis. In particular, highly qualified Azeri personnel, specializing in drilling, process
engineers, and others are great interest for the RU-ENERGY Group.
