Azerbaijan automates provision of reference services to pensioners

The State Social Protection Fund (SSPF) of Azerbaijan has fully automated procedures for providing information and referral services to pensioners, the fund said on Monday.

The service is integrated into the electronic government portal. It allows pensioners to obtain personal information on the terms of appointment of a service pension, as well as the amount and type of pension they receive.

The service is provided online to users as individuals. Submission of a request through the portal requires a digital signature. A request is immediately accepted. A person having the right to receive the retirement pension then receives notice in electronic form on the outcome of the administrative procedure.

Procedures for the provision of electronic services are under the control of state fund.
