Azerbaijani bank ups capital

The Azerbaijani State Committee for Securities registered the issue prospectus of ordinary registered book-entry shares of RoyalBank to the amount of 400,000 manat, the Baku Stock Exchange said today.

The quantity of shares is 2 million with par value 0.2 manat.
Underwriter is Chelsea Capital.

The authorized capital is 24.14 million manat. After placing the new issue, it will be brought up to 24.54 million manat.

RoyalBank is a commercial bank operating in Azerbaijan. It has 32 branches in Baku and regions of the country. RoyalBank was established on August 1993 as a joint commercial bank "OZ Bank".
