SOCAR-Foster Wheeler JV registered

The SOCAR-Foster Wheeler Muhendislik Xidmetleri company (Engineering Services) was registered in Azerbaijan via the single-window process. The co-founders of the joint venture are Foster Wheeler Italiana SRL (Italy) and SOCAR. The official representative is Maria Trivella Giampiero.

The authorized capital is 200,000 euro. The company was registered on February 27. The initiative of establishing the joint venture was put forward by SOCAR. The main purpose of its establishment is to prepare highly qualified personnel. SOCAR owns about 65 percent of the joint venture's shares.

According to the constituent agreement and the signed agreement, the employees to be recruited will be trained at the office of Foster Wheeler Italiana SRL in Milan.
