SOCAR,ExxonMobil boost coop

President of Azerbaijan`s state-owned oil firm, SOCAR, Rovnag Abdullayev has met with the ExxonMobil Company for Europe and Caspian region Philip Malholl. During the meeting, Abdullayev recalled an agreement signed with ExxonMobil on purchase of shares of Esso Schweiz GmbH Company last year. He hailed cooperation between the sides.

In turn, Philip Malholl said their company is interested in exploration and production, and praised Azerbaijan`s economic achievements. Malholl stressed that ExxonMobil`s experience, financial and technical opportunities create chances for further cooperation, adding Azerbaijan is one of the priority countries for investing.
