Baku-Tbilisi-Kars project will be completed in 2013

TODAY.AZ
The “Baku-Tbilisi-Kars” railway will be put into operation in 2013”, said Turkish ambassador to Azerbaijan Hulusi Kilich. The railway will connect Bejing and London, the diplomat said.
