The Azerbaijani Diaspora in Russia's Arkhangelsk Province, Ustyansk Region, have set up primary party organization of the “Yedinaya Rossiya” Party, the Azerbaijan State Committee on Diaspora said.
The primary party organization mainly unites Azerbaijanis living and working in this region.
Head of the Azerbaijani Diaspora and aide to the region administration on national affairs Yusif Suleymanov said the goal of the party cell is to raise political activity of the Azerbaijanis and promote their quick integration to the society.
The Azeri Diaspora should be active in the coming local elections to be represented in the local authorities, Suleymanov said.
