Azerbaijan needs to develop a code of health, Parliamentary Committee on Social Policy Chairman Hadi Rajabli said. There are many identical laws in health area, which can be combined into a single code, Rajabli said. "The text of some of them is repeated," Rajabli said.
As an example, Rajabli cited current law ‘On state care of persons with diabetes’ recommended Thursday to the plenary session of the parliament and the bill ‘On state care of persons suffering from multiple sclerosis’.
