The traffic movement was completely restored on the Baku-Shamakhi-Agsu highway, Azerbaijani Interior Ministry’s Central State Traffic Police Department spokesman Kamran Aliyev reported.He said the snow and ice were cleared from the highway and the Agsu pass was also opened.
Aliyev said nine road accidents were recorded due to the bad weather conditions. As a result, four people were killed and 27 injured.
