This year's winter hit Baku too early and suddenly. Snowfall in early November is not traditional for Baku. The National Hydrometeorology Department of the Ecology and Natural Resources Ministry already forecasted cold weather for today. Air temperature is 1-3 degrees Celsius in the morning, and it will drop to 0-2 degrees during the daytime and in the evening. The north-west wind is expected.
Precipitation, sleet and snow are expected in Azerbaijan's regions. The temperature will be 1- 2 degrees below zero degrees Celsius at night, 1-4 degrees Celsius during the day.
