Azerbaijan's second plane with humanitarian aid has arrived in Van, Turkey. The humanitarian aid will be unloaded soon.
As the Azerbaijani Emergency Situations Ministry's official website reported on Monday.
Azerbaijani rescuers are continuing rescue operations in 10 collapse areas. So far, the first group of the Azerbaijani rescuers revealed a dead body of a woman, while the second group revealed a dead body of a 45-50-year old man under the ruins.
Another group heard human voice under the ruins and is continuing rescue operations in this direction.
