The presidential decree on granting a city status to Khirdalan settlement within Khirdalan administrative territorial unit of Absheron region has entered into force on Thursday.
Thus, Khirdalan settlement administrative territorial unit will be called as Khirdalan city administrative territorial unit by this decree. ANS
