Warmer weather is forecasted in Azerbaijan till November 4. The temperature will rise to 20-23 degrees in Baku and Absheron peninsula, 19-24 degrees in Aran regions and 13-18 degrees in foothills at noon. The rain is not forecasted, Ecology and Natural Resources Ministry National Hydrometeorology Department bureau told the APA.
