168 sportsmen and 136 sportswomen from 41 countries took part in the competition. Seymour Rzazadeh (73 kg), Timur Alikhanov (81 kg), Shahane Almammadova (57 kg) and Sona Almedli (63 kg) represented Azerbaijan. Shahane Almemmedova lost the game with Dutch Michel Dimer become the second. Seymour Rzazadeh won a bronze medal.
