The State Administration Academy under the President of Azerbaijan Republic and the Qafqaz University have signed a memorandum of understanding on scientific and technical cooperation.
The memorandum of understanding was inked by rectors of the State Administration Academy and the Qafqaz University Urkhan Alakbarov and Ahmet Sanic accordingly.
The memorandum envisages joint action, implementation of scientific and technical researches, experience exchange and other issues.
Opening the event, Urkhan Alakbarov noted Azerbaijan President Ilham Aliyev`s care and attention to development of science and education in the country.
Stressing the importance of the documents inked by President Ilham Aliyev in the sphere of science and education, the rector highlighted progress achieved in relevant field.
He also underlined successful implementation of the State Program for study of Azerbaijani youth abroad for 2007-2015.
Urkhan Alakbarov also expressed his assurance that memorandum of understanding, which inked between the State Administration Academy and Qafqaz University would contribute to expanding of relations between the two higher schools.
In his turn, Ahmet Sanic touched upon the importance of boosting of cooperation between universities.
