Chairman of Azerbaijan`s Constitutional Court Farhad Abdullayev met his Bulgarian colleague Evgeny Tanchev here. The Chairmen signed a memorandum of understanding on cooperation between the Constitutional Courts of Azerbaijan and Bulgaria.
