The negotiations over the resolution of the Nagorno Karabakh conflict has one principle “nothing is agreed unless everything is agreed,” the OSCE Minsk Group Russian co-chair Yuri Merzliakov said in his interview to Russian radio station “??? ??????” (Moscow’s Echo).
The co-chair refused to speak about those details which should be announced after the Presidents agree on the basic principles.
“It is untimely to speak about any detail without its context. We should be patient and I hope that the President will soon announce about their agreements,” Merzliakov said.
