"The forced resolution of the Armenian-Azerbaijani conflict may be harmful for Russia", considers Konstantin Zatulin, first deputy of the committee of the State Duma for CIS affairs and contacts with compatriots and head of the Institute of CIS states.
"It would be damaging for Russia if someone takes actions, similar to those, we witnessed in the Caucasus in August", said he.
Zatulin said it is unrealistic to speak of the growing threat of war in the Nagorno Karabakh zone today.
"But it should be reminded that when shooting was heard in South Ossetia, the deterioration of the situation and violation of ceasefire was recorded in the region of the "Nagorno Karabakh Republic", reminded he.
The deputy noted that the violence should be not admitted and any possibility for such development be ruled out
"The perspective of the interference of the third countries to these affairs, which can worsen the situation, should be excluded", considers Zatulin.
