Proposals on the joint use of Qabala radar station in Azerbaijan will be withdrawn in case the United States deploy missile defense elements in Czechia and Poland.

The due announcement was made by general-leutenant Yevgeni Buzhinski.

"Qabala will never integrate with the third position region", said Buzhinski.

He explained that the proposals, made by Russian side on the joint use of the Qabala radar station is an alternative to the US plans on missile defense in Europe, but not a supplement to it".

According to the general, deployment of thwe elements of the US missile defense elements in Poland and Czechia is aimed against the Russian missile potential.

"We consider that the deployment of the third positioning region of the US missile defense in Europe, that is anti-rocket base in Poland and radar in Czechia, has an obvious anti-Russian potential", said Buzhinski.
