"By protecting Serbia's sovereign right, Moscow protected the territorial integrity of Georgia and Moldova, yet faced stiff confrontation from the United States and big countries of Europe and this must be a bitter lesson, primarily for Tbilisi and Kishinev, as following the Kosovo precedent, the sovereignty of these countries, will hardly be protected only by Russia", Ostrovski said.
