Azerbaijan–Russia Intergovernmental Commission for delimitation of borders is meeting in Baku on Tuesday.

The commission is co-chaired by Azerbaijani Deputy Foreign Minister Khalaf Khalafov and his Russian counterpart Aleksandr Yakovenko.

Mr. Kahlafov told journalists appropriate protocols will be coordinated, and a draft agreement will be worked out basing on the protocols within the two-day meeting of the commission.

Mr. Yakovenko noted that there are some uncoordinated areas in the border, and this issued will be discussed within the two-day meeting. However, he refused to promise that all problems will be solved this year.

"These issues require professional approach. So, it is impossible to solve them immediately. I think we will reach a common agreement in the end. I can not say an exact date. We will try to solve the problem soon," Mr. Yakovenko noted, APA reports.
