I express the deepest condolences to the families to those injured as a result of the tragic explosion in Baku and wish them a speedy recovery, the Head of EU in Azerbaijan Peter Michalko wrote on his Twitter, Trend reports.

"Our thoughts and prayers are with those suffered from this tragedy," Michalko said.
