The Court of Appeals under the chairmanship of judge Mirpasha Husseynova after reviewing the case decided to leave the sentence imposed by the Sabail district court.
This information became known from Aliyev's lawyer Ramiz Mamedov. Farhad Aliyev is going to spend three months in prison. Also became known that the same court will review the appeal of another ex-minister - Ali Insanov. Trend
