The Azerbaijani and Armenian Presidents will not hold talks on the Armenian-Azerbaijani conflict over Nagorno-Karabakh during the celebrations of 60th anniversary of a victory of fascism to be arranged in Moscow on 9 May, Trend reports quoting Novruz Mammadov, the head of the Foreign Relationships Department of the President's Administration.

Azerbaijani President Aliyev thinks it's impossible to participate in the CIS Summit on 8 May together with a country which 13 years ago occupied ancient Azerbaijani city Shusha, he underlined.

The same time Mammadov noted an Aliyev-Kocharian meeting might be held under the forthcoming summit of the Council of Europe (CE) in Warsaw on 17-18 May.
