The National Fund for Entrepreneurship Support (NFES) under the Azerbaijani Economic Development Ministry organized the next event on the topic "State support to entrepreneurship in the regions", attended by about 200 entrepreneurs, working in Ganja-Gazakh economic region, in the Gazakh region, the ministry said.
Within the event favorable loans totaling approximately 300,000 manat were issued to 24 entrepreneurs through the authorized credit organizations. Some 45 new job places will be opened at the expense of these funds.
The event also defined priority areas in the Gazakh economic area for confessional financing of projects. The Participants familiarized with the activities of "Goranboy Gips" LTD engaged in the manufacture of gypsum. The company attracted preferential loan from the NFES for this purpose.
The NFES also held a training session during which the entrepreneurs were briefed on the mechanism of issuing favorable loans, the formation of business ideas, and the preparation of and rules for investment projects.
