The Ministry of Communication and Information Technology is planning to privatize state-owned communication enterprises.
According to Minister Ali Abbasov, privatization of joint companies except for some small ones has been completed in the ICT sector.
A number of enterprises belonging to the Baku Telefon Rabitesi and Aztelecom fixed line operators is scheduled to be privatized in the second stage.
